Feb 2025: I'm updating my review a year later, as I do know Greg better now, as a teacher and more personally.He is a fantastic teacher. Very intuitive, very connected. I recently needed help with a particular issue, and he was able to help me so much, and to make me notice a few things I was doing with my body, that I was totally unaware of. He always tailors the classes to my needs and mood. He knows to push me, but also understands when I need modifications or a break! If I had time, I would take classes every day. I always feel great after.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone who wants to practise yoga to feel better, who wants to understand their body better, and who simply aspires to be more mindful. My classes with Greg are usually slow-paced, but it doesn't mean everything is easy! Far from it! I do feel the stretches for at least a couple of days after and classes always leave me in a good mood. I feel that Greg incarnates the true spirit of yoga!End of 2023: I've been doing yoga with Greg for about 3 months now and I really enjoy his classes. They're less intense than some of the classes I took in the past, and it's exactly what I need now. There's always some breathing and meditation time, which I really appreciate. The asanas we do are different every time, which I also really like, as it doesn't get boring!Greg is really nice and chill, the studio is bright and clean, and if you're lucky, you get to pet some cats on the way up and again on the way down 😁 I usually chat a bit with Nha after class, in French, and she's also very sweet and chill. They both are animal lovers, have rescued a few cats, take care of some soi dogs, and I believe it says a lot about them! Great little business in Koh Keaw, with very reasonable prices, run by kind people.

Greg is always available, patient and attentive to his students. His method is effective, his support allows you to learn to run without suffering, always with a smile, to move towards performance little by little. Based on this experience we decided to entrust the program of our vacation in Thailand to Greg and Nha. We have just returned from this fabulous trip, Bangkok, Sukkothai, Lampang, Chiang Mai and Phuket. Greg and Nha marked the way for us for greater comfort, we discovered a fantastic country. they were always available to answer our questions and sort out last minute details. Beyond the trip, we discovered the practice of yoga. I would like to thank you on behalf of my family for this. I recommend the services of Nha and Greg, you can go there with your eyes closed, you will be pampered and just have to let yourself be carried away! THANKS

We cannot say enough good things about Greg at TRAINING Phuket!We were on holiday in phuket and wanted to attend some yoga classes. My husband and I enjoy yoga and are regular runners so to find a yoga teacher that also specialises in running was a DREAM!We were only there for one week but had 3 great yoga classes with Greg. He tailored made every class to suit our needs and introduced us to new stretches that would really benefit our running!Greg is extremely knowledgeable about both disciplines yoga/running and brings them together beautifully. I can’t recommend Greg enough as a yoga instructor! He comes to our house for private sessions, and it has transformed my practice. Greg is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also tailors each session to fit my needs (injuries) and goals. His calming presence and encouraging style make every class enjoyable and uplifting. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my flexibility and strength since we started. If you're looking for a dedicated and inspiring yoga instructor, Greg is the perfect choice!

I would like to thank Greg for his valuable help and support in preparing for my first marathon in Thailand, after 6 marathons run in Europe.It allowed me to address 3 essential elements before the race:1/ improving my posture to promote breathing and avoid recurring tensions in the psoas2/ the search for a new target pace: my marathon pace cannot be the one targeted in Europe due to the climatic conditions in Thailand3/ advice on pre-race management: how to manage the active and then rest phases the day before the marathon, with waking up at 12:30 a.m. for an unusual race start at 3 a.m.Thanks to Greg, I was able to run the Songkhla marathon with a lot of serenity and confidence, with a final time that exceeded my expectations :-)!

I recently visited Phuket for work and dropped in to Greg's shop to organise a running training session. We worked on breathing, footwork and mental training. Great session, would definitely do it again If i was in the area more often.

I am a looooong-term (34 years) 5k/day runner and began working with Gregory six weeks ago - primarily for the imagined benefits of yoga in terms of breathing, core strength, balance, and flexibility. The improvement was not immediate - - it took about a month to begin to really see and feel improvements. Gregory is a true master and offers very individualized guidance. Highly recommend, krub

I highly recommend Greg as a running coach! I was looking for a coach to accompany me during our holidays for two outdoor long runs. Greg picked me up at the hotel at 6am and had prepared routes and trainings adapted to my fitness level. We started with an acclimatization run along a beautiful stretch of coastline. The second run was around a reservoir frequented by many local runners. Greg is an accomplished long distance runner and very generous with advice. He helped me work on my running form and breathing, thanks to him I have less aches and pains after my long runs! Thank you Greg, it was a great experience.

About Gregory's Yoga path

Since 2011, I have been exploring yoga, and in 2015, I began my journey into meditation.

Over the years, this path has profoundly transformed my mindset, leading me, in 2019, to prioritize a fulfilling personal life over a meticulously planned professional career.

In 2021, I took a significant step in my yoga journey by becoming a certified YOGA ALLIANCE teacher after completing an intensive 200-hour training.

I also deepened my practice with a 10-hour online Heart meditation course and a comprehensive 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training focused on meditation techniques and yoga philosophy.
