Wellness & Performance
My name is Grégory — a certified yoga instructor (RYT 500H, Yoga Alliance) and experienced runner with over 25 years in road and trail running, and 14 years of yoga practice. I combine both disciplines to create a mindful coaching approach that supports growth and long-term performance.
Running challenges both the body and mind, while yoga and meditation help achieve your full potential. My teaching emphasizes breathwork, recovery, mobility, and injury prevention — essential components for endurance athletes.
I offer personalized coaching, in-person and online, with flexible programs for all levels, in French or English. I also guide young athletes and triathletes to develop focus, discipline, and conscious effort through mindful breathing and awareness.
