Since 2011, I have embarked on a journey of exploration with yoga, and since 2015, I have delved into the practice of meditation. Throughout the years, my state of mind has undergone a profound transformation, leading me to prioritize a fulfilling personal life over a meticulously planned professional career.
In 2021, I took a significant step in my yogic path by obtaining certification as a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher after completing an intensive 200-hour training program. Additionally, I furthered my knowledge and practice by completing a 10-hour online Heart meditation training and immersing myself in a comprehensive 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training that emphasized meditation techniques and the study of yoga philosophy.
