With over 25 years of experience in running and trail, and 12 years of dedicated yoga practice, I have naturally merged these two disciplines.
As a yoga instructor, I not only teach yoga but also apply its principles to my running endeavors. The results speak for themselves here in Thailand, with seven top-ten rankings, a remarkable third place in a UTMB circuit race, and a victorious performance in a local trail event. All achieved through a balanced training regimen consisting of just three sessions per week.
