More than 24 years of experience in running (10 km: 37min45s, halfmarathon: 01h22min23s, marathon: 03h03min55s*) and 11 years in yoga, I naturally associated the 2 practices to develop well -being and performance running, based on the listening of sensations**.

I teach yoga and I apply it in my running and the results are there: 3 times ranked in the top 10 and a victory on a local trail.

Like Yin and Yang, Yoga and Running are complementary and linked.

If running allows you to get your energy out, it is by nature energy consuming. Especially when combined with our increasingly busy lives, running can be a taxing practice for the body.

On the other hand, the practice of deep and energetic yoga allows one to recharge the batteries and to deepen the knowledge of oneself, to develop mobility and flexibility to promote better recovery and to limit the risk of injuries.

A stronger balance

Combining the two is the way to more serenity and a better management of our daily energy. Our training practices enable greater quality of running with a stronger balance between body and mind.
